Our drying ovens work with cross-flow, as you can clearly see in the animation. As a result, the drying cabinet generates an even air flow and ensures very good drying. With our drying cabinets, the door hinge can be mounted either on the right or on the left. Drying cabinets with trolleys can also be ordered. Image may vary.
How to do it:
- e.g. B. Fruits and fruits
- Only use ripe and undamaged fruit
- Clean and dry the fruit well
- Cut fruit into equal pieces
- Remove cores or stones
- Arrange the fruit cut-side up on the grid
- Dry between 30 to 65° Celsius
