Function and mode of operation of smoking devices with external smoke generator:

Smoking devices must be well insulated to save energy and little condensation.
At the same time, the embers should not generate too much heat during cold smoke.
The solution: An external smoke generator for cold smoke. (see scheme)

With cold smoke, the smoke is generated outside and blown into the cabinet by a fan with negative pressure. This means that the existing temperature in the cabinet does not increase. With warm and hot smoke, the temperature is controlled via the digital control and smoke is generated by the smoke generator in the cabinet. (see scheme)
