Spare parts & repair
As the manufacturer, we supply spare parts or functionally identical successor parts for Beelonia appliances for at least 20 years from the date of purchase, subject to a charge. Prices and ordering in the shop under Accessories & spare parts; unlisted parts on request from service at 02586 275 or info@beelonia.de – a photo of the type plate is sufficient.
Wear parts such as the door seal or heating coil can be replaced yourself, instructions are available in the Spare parts guide. Work on gas and electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified professional.

The W-shaped heating coil is the heart of your Beelonia electric smoker. If the smoker no longer heats properly or the temperature falls short of the target value, the heating coil is usually worn out – with the original spare part, your smoker will work like on the first day.
- 2,500 watts: suitable for F1 to F2-70/60 XL
- 3,333 watts: suitable for F4 to F6-100 as well as KR6 to KR6-100
- Original Beelonia spare part from our own production
Tip: To ignite the smoking dust, the U-shaped heating coil (800 watts) is available separately. If you have heating problems, also check the thermostat.
