The smoking dust RÄUCHERGOLD® Alder 500-1000, is a true professional smoking dust with consistently high quality over decades. It gives meat and sausage products a tasty, mild aroma and is very efficient and economical to use.
Application profile: Smouldering smoke material for bulk, cartridge and cold smoke systems
Manufacturer: J. Rettenmaier & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG
The high quality of the smoking dust is partly due to the selected beech wood stocks in local forests. Only the best and natural woods are selected and processed. This ensures quality and provides constant regeneration of raw materials.
On the other hand, the elaborate post-processing catches the eye. The shredded smoking wood is not simply packaged, but prepared beforehand. The wood for smoking is first fractionated into various grain sizes, then dedusted, cleaned and dried.
The result is a first-class RÄUCHERGOLD® smoking dust made of beech wood, which is certified according to DIN ISO 9001. The grain size is 0.5 to 1.0 mm.

Bought a smoker to smoke fish. Top quality! Top service! It was even slightly modified according to my wishes, so these are absolute professionals! Again and again!
Traditional company with German production. In my opinion, there is no better manufacturer for smokers! Delivers on time and the goods are flawless.
Great advice and high commitment. Here, the senior and junior bosses still come by in person. We were also actively supported with choosing the location and unloading. Even after the purchase, you are supported with advice and get great recipes. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars and no more.
Nice, competent advice! I have been using Beelonia smokers for a while now and am more than satisfied with the craftsmanship of the stainless steel products and the taste results.
One of the best smokers I have ever owned. And the service at Beelonia is also top-notch.
Very good smoking cabinets at attractive prices and "Made in Germany". Reasonable delivery times even during Corona!
Friendly sales. Delivery with the company's own truck, including a brief explanation of the F2 and smoke generator. The workmanship of the smoker and smoke generator is top.
Great company, top advice, extra wishes are implemented. I can only recommend them!! Gladly again ......
I had lost the smoking dust tray from one of our smokers. When I sent an email to Beelonia asking how much a new one would cost, they immediately sent me a new one free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks again for that.
Top !! Fast delivery, great service and first-class products. Gladly again anytime.
We had a large lava stone grill from Beelonia for 8 years and have now got a new, larger one. Mega service and super appliances. Keep it up !!!
Well, I was there and got great advice. With all my wishes, they just said: it's doable. Great team and I'm already looking forward to my product.
