1. Organiser

The organiser of the giveaway is Beelonia GmbH, Warendorfer Str. 1, 48361 Beelen, email info@beelonia-shop.de (hereinafter referred to as the "organiser").

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are residents of Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Employees of the organiser and the agency UPVIS involved in the giveaway, as well as their relatives (spouses, registered civil partners, cohabiting partners, children, parents, siblings), are excluded from participation.

Participation is free of charge and independent of a purchase. Each person may only enter once, using one Instagram account and one email address.

3. How to enter

A valid entry requires that you do the following by the closing date:

1. comment on the giveaway post on the Instagram account @beelonia.de,
2. like the post and follow @beelonia.de, and
3. register at beelonia-shop.de/pages/gewinnspiel with your email address and exactly the same Instagram name you used to comment, and accept these terms and conditions.

Multiple comments do not increase your chances of winning; each person has one entry. Tagging friends is not required.

Subscribing to the newsletter is not a requirement for participation and does not affect your chances of winning. The questions on the giveaway page regarding experience, intended use, interests and planned purchases are voluntary.

4. Participation period

The giveaway runs during the period that we will announce here and on the giveaway page with the date and time before it starts (German time, Europe/Berlin). It is essential that the comment and registration are submitted by the closing date. Note: Daylight saving time ends on 25.10.2026.

5. Prizes

Three gift vouchers worth 200 € each for the online shop beelonia-shop.de will be raffled. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue and can be redeemed across multiple orders. A cash payment is not possible. Each person can win a maximum of one voucher.

6. Determining the winners

After the closing date, the organiser will determine the valid entries (comment and registration with matching Instagram name) and draw three winners as well as substitute winners in a fixed order using a cryptographic random number generator. The draw will be logged.

For those drawn, the organiser will check whether they have liked the post and follow @beelonia.de. If a requirement is not met, the next substitute winner will take their place.

7. Notification

The winners will be notified within 7 days after the closing date via direct message from the official account @beelonia.de and by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner will take their place. The winners will receive the voucher code by email.

The organiser will never ask for passwords, payment details or fees. Messages from other accounts do not originate from the organiser.

8. Publication of the winners

The names or Instagram names of the winners will only be published with their explicit consent.

9. Data protection

Beelonia GmbH is responsible. We process the email address, Instagram name, voluntary first name, answers to the questions and – in the case of a commercial callback request – telephone number, as well as the time, IP address and browser identifier to protect against misuse, plus the Instagram name, comment and time from the comments under the giveaway post.

The purpose is the execution of the giveaway (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and protection against misuse (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data is stored with Supabase (server location Frankfurt). Newsletters and callbacks are only provided with separate consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a or b GDPR).

The data of participants who have not won will be deleted no later than three months after the prizes have been handed over. The data of the winners will be retained as far as statutory retention obligations require. Any newsletter consent given remains valid until revoked. 10. Exclusion

The organiser may exclude persons who provide false information, use multiple accounts or addresses, use automated processes (e.g. bots), provide third-party Instagram names or manipulate in any other way or violate these terms and conditions. In such cases, prizes can also be revoked retrospectively.

11. Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical faults, the unavailability of Instagram or the delayed delivery of messages, provided these are not based on intent or gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

12. Instagram

This promotion is in no way connected to Instagram and is neither sponsored, supported nor organised by Instagram. The information provided by the participants goes exclusively to the organiser. Each participant releases Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) from all claims in connection with the giveaway.

13. Premature termination

The organiser can terminate the giveaway prematurely for an important reason, in particular in the event of technical problems, suspected manipulation or legal reasons. In this case, the prizes will be raffled among the valid entries received up to that point.

14. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers habitually resident in Austria or Switzerland, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of these countries remain unaffected, provided they are more favourable. Should a provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
