Customer report: Smokers in long-term use
Anyone can claim references – Beelonia shows them in operation: the Reschauer family smokes their direct marketing batches in the F6-100 with program control, the E-Center smokes live at the fish counter, and owners of smokers that are decades old regularly contact customer service. This report shows three practical cases from the Beelonia customer base – two of them on film – and translates them into what buyers can learn from them.

Reading tip: The technical background on why these smokers run for so long: spare parts for decades.
Case 1: The direct marketers – Reschauer family
Small shop, own processing, customers from as far as Austria: the Reschauers smoke sides of bacon and cured pork loin in 160 kg batches in the F6-100 with smoke generator and program control. Their key statements in the video: at around 10,000–12,000 €, the system cost a fraction of comparable industrial systems (40,000–50,000 €) – and "the recipe makes the biggest difference", the technology just has to repeat it reliably. Exactly this repeatability was provided by the program control; the whole case is in the system planning.
Case 2: The supermarket – live smoking at the counter. In the E-Center, the Beelonia smoker works to the store's rhythm: hot-smoked salmon, halibut and trout are smoked behind the fish counter, the scent wafts through the store, the counter sells the proof of freshness. The case shows the second long-term dimension: continuous operation by changing staff – made possible by standardised programmes and robust V2A stainless steel technology; the details are in the supermarket report.
Case 3: The silent record holders. The third group doesn't appear in any video, but constantly in customer service: owners who order seals, grates or an electrical module for decades-old smokers – often with the sentence "the smoker already belonged to my father". These enquiries are the most honest long-term test: the devices have remained in use because every part was replaceable.
What buyers learn from the cases
- Standardisation beats talent: programmes make quality repeatable – in the farm shop as well as in the supermarket.
- The system is the smallest cost block: recipe, sales and routine are decisive – the technology "only" has to play along for years.
- Parts supply is the real guarantee: all three cases work because the manufacturer delivers – even after decades.
Frequently asked questions about long-term use
How many operating hours does a Beelonia smoker last?
There is no fixed number – the V2A stainless steel body practically doesn't age, wear modules (seal, heating) are replaced. That's why decades count, not hours.
Can I visit a reference business?
The practical cases from this report are available as films on the Beelonia YouTube channel and are embedded above in the article; for commercial projects, the consulting team arranges reference contacts. And the showroom in Beelen shows the systems themselves.
Are the cases representative or exceptions?
They are the visible tip of a pattern that customer service sees every day: old devices ordering parts instead of being replaced. This is exactly what the production is designed for.
Reading tip: How this longevity is achieved is shown in the factory report and the company history since 1880.
