As the manufacturer, we supply spare parts or functionally identical successor parts for Beelonia appliances for at least 20 years from the date of purchase, subject to a charge. Wear parts such as the door seal or heating coil can be replaced yourself, instructions are available in the Spare parts guide. Work on gas and electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified professional.

Our »Rustikal« experience smoker offers a truly extraordinary way of smoking. Thanks to the design of the smoker, the viewing window and interior lighting, it is an event and attraction of a special kind. Frequently asked questions before buying
What size do I need?
Plan according to your largest realistic batch and leave space between the pieces. The Smoky models 4–6 are suitable for about 10–25 fish, while the F2 models make sense from about 30 fish upwards. A slightly larger smoker can also accommodate small batches – the reverse does not work. In detail: Size & capacity guide.
Wood, gas or electric – which is better?
Wood is traditional and direct, gas reacts quickly and works without electricity, electric can be controlled most precisely – especially with a thermostat. The smoke flavour is always created using wood or smoking dust. Thanks to the Beelonia interchangeable drawer principle, you don't have to make a final decision.
Can I change the heating type later?
Yes. With the Smoky and F models, the heating is fundamentally interchangeable: the wood drawer can be replaced by the gas or electric module suitable for the model – the change is done in about 30 seconds. It is only important to choose the heating suitable for the model.
Is a double-walled smoker worth it (F series)?
Yes, if you smoke frequently, in winter or in changeable weather: the double wall reduces the influence of wind and outside temperature and lowers the risk of condensation. For a few summer uses, the more affordable single-walled Smoky series is often completely sufficient. Comparison: Smoker buying guide.
Can I cold and hot smoke with the same smoker?
Yes – from hot-smoked trout to cold-smoked ham. For controlled cold smoking, we recommend equipping it with a smoke generator or cold smoke insert (available as a variant or accessory).
